Selective Laser Melting builds a part from the bottom up, one thin layer of metal powder at a time, straight from your 3D file.
Each material has its own tested parameter set, so ask us which one suits your part.
Machines, software, training and support from one team.
Dual-laser models and an 8-laser machine form metal in parallel. The MLR-M420 reaches up to 240 cm³/h.
No filter replacement cost, so running costs stay predictable.
Desktop printers for research and dentistry, large-format machines for mould, electronics and aerospace parts.
A metal 3D printer builds parts directly from a 3D file by melting thin layers of metal powder with a laser. No mould or cutting tool is needed.
Six EchoMetal SLM models: DeskMLR H1, MLR-M140C, MLR-M220, MLR-M300, MLR-M420 and MLR-M800, from a Φ100 × 80 mm desktop build volume up to 650 × 650 × 800 mm.
Depending on the model: stainless steel, tool steel, titanium alloy, pure titanium, superalloy, aluminium alloy, copper alloy, cobalt-chromium alloy and high-entropy alloy.
The DeskMLR H1 and MLR-M140C are aimed at education, scientific research and dentistry, and the MLR-M220 at medical, dental and prototyping work.
The MLR-M300, MLR-M420 and MLR-M800 are industrial machines for mould, electronics and aerospace parts, with dual lasers, 8 lasers, or 4, 6 or 8 lasers on the M800.
Up to 100 cm³/h on the MLR-M300 and up to 240 cm³/h on the MLR-M420 and MLR-M800. Real speed depends on material, layer thickness and part geometry.
